Please give us the Product Name & type, quantity and your contact information of the product you need. If you have a description of the scenario and specific requirements of the product, we will provide a more detailed plan according to your needs.
You will receive a quote from us within 24 hours or less. Our project manager will contact you as soon as we receive your inquiry.
Yes, we have three production sites, each with a production team of hundreds of people responsible for PCM & BMS production, battery production and product assembly. Having factories in different regions gives us the advantage of being able to deal with emergencies and high volume production. We welcome you to visit our factory.
Yes, sixpack has four teams of engineers and four R&D labs.
Our electronic circuit engineering department has a team of top industry engineers who design and develop our own PCM and BMS.
Mechanical engineering focuses on researching and making high precision prototype and molds, designing & developing high quality and more trendy products.
Yes, you can give us your company’s brand logo and other information, contact us and get your own brand of products. We will provide any support you need.

Yes, all our products go through battery solder joint tension test, protection plate charge/discharge test, high power & high current test, drop test, etc. before delivery. We ensure that every product meets international standards.
Parallel connections involve connecting 2 or more batteries together to increase the capacity of the battery bank. In this case, the positive terminals are connected together and the negative terminals are connected together of all the batteries until you reach your desired capacity. Series connections involve connecting 2 or more batteries together to increase the voltage of the battery system. The positive of one battery is connected to the negative of another until the desired voltage is achieved. For example, if you connect 2 x 12V batteries in series, the battery system will be 24V.
BMS stands for Battery Management System. The BMS protects the cells from getting damaged — most commonly from over or under-voltage, over current, high temperature or external short-circuiting. The BMS will shut off the battery to protect the cells from unsafe operating conditions. All Sixpack batteries have a built-in BMS to manage and protect them against these types of issues.
Battery life for a lithium battery can be enhanced by not discharging the battery to 1Ah capacity or BMS lower voltage cut-off settings. Discharging down to BMS lower voltage cut-off settings can quickly decrease the life of the battery. Instead, we advise discharging down to 20% capacity remaining then re-charging the battery.
Battery life is measured in life cycles and Sixpack’s LiFePO4 is typically rated to deliver 3500 cycles at 100% depth of discharge (DOD). Actual life expectancy is dependent on several variables based on your specific application. If used for the same application, a LiFePO4 battery can last up to 10X longer than a lead-acid battery.

Yes. Lithium iron phosphate batteries provide more useable capacity than a lead-acid equivalently rated product. You can expect up to twice as much runtime.
